#Oklahoma 2 EF-5 #Tornadoes in 11 days – Phased Array Radar

Since the year 1905 to present [2013], there have been 11 F-5 and 3 EF-5 [since the Enhanced Fujita Scale was adopted by the National Weather Service in 2007] Tornadoes in Oklahoma.

In the last 2 years [ May 2011 to May 2013 ] there have been 3 EF-5 tornadoes in Oklahoma. Before then, the last F-5 tornado was on May 3 1999. There was a gap between 1999 and 2010 where NO F-5 / EF-5 were recorded.

What are the odds that 3 of the strongest tornadoes, including the largest tornado in recorded history, have hit this area in the past 2 years, with the last F-5 / EF-5 being 12 years prior ? 2 of these were within 11 days of each in 2013.

The same can be said of F-4 and EF-4 tornadoes in Oklahoma. Going back to May 3 1999 through November 7 2011 [ the last F-4/EF-4], there have been 9 EF-4 Tornadoes in Oklahoma. There was a gap between 1999 and 2002 where NO F-4/EF-4 were recorded.

There have been 60[sixty] F-5 / EF-5 tornadoes from 1950 to present. I’m very aware of how many tornadoes strike in the US every year. That’s why this is doesn’t make natural sense to me.

So what am I getting at here ?

We know that ‘the powers that be’ manipulate the weather. In many instances in the past they’ve told us this. But much like ‘Big Brother is Watching’ [recent news], many do not believe it. I guess the reason is, there is yet to be a Whistleblower on weather modification. I know there have been some in the past, but they were disregarded or labeled as conspiracy theorists. Imagine that !

In the year 2000, the United States Navy loaned one of their ‘phased array antenna’ to the National Weather Service [ Navy ships originally used AEGIS phased array radar (called SPY-1) technology to protect naval battle groups from missile threats.].

The Phased Array Radar was set up in Norman, Oklahoma and became operational in September 2003. The first data collected was in May 2004. They say it uses 750 KW of power or about as much as 100 residential homes (3000 ft) with AC running. The range of it is 240 miles.

Now if you’ll recall what I said above, There was a gap between 1999 and 2010 where NO F-5 / EF-5 were recorded and then 3 of the strongest tornadoes, including the largest tornado in recorded history, have hit in the past 2 years …. AND … There was a gap between 1999 and 2002 where NO F-4/EF-4 were recorded. .. It seems this area has become quite active since the ‘phased array antenna’ became operational in 2003

So they set up this radar and have been testing it since 2003. In the last 2 years it seems they’ve ramped it up, I guess to see if they could make the most destructive force on the planet short of military action. The saddest part is, this weapon of mass weather modification is aimed at the people of the USA.

One of the most intriguing / coincidental aspects about this new Phased Array Radar system is this. And quote – “More than 350 FAA radars and by 2025, nearly 150 of the nation’s Doppler weather radars will need to be either replaced or have their service life extended.” – end quote. … Why you ask ? Because in August 1996 a research paper was presented to the United States Airforce titled, Weather as a Force Multiplier:
Owning the Weather in 2025
Hmmm 2025 seems to be on track.

What I’m getting at here is this seems like a co-inky-dink! Of course we all know there is no such thing as a coincidence when it comes to the ‘powers that be’.

I have been aware of the Research paper Weather as a Force Multiplier:
Owning the Weather in 2025
for many years. Some of you newcomers may not, so here is the link via fas.org [Federation of American Scientists] – http://www.fas.org/spp/military/docops/usaf/2025/v3c15/v3c15-1.htm

The Country’s Biggest Spy Center

Better late than never. I was working on posting this back in December 2012. I’ve been busy with other things, and just today 06/15/13, found myself logging in here. I found this still tucked away in my draft folder. Now with the recent revelations about the NSA from Edward Snowden, I figured I’d post this. There are a couple things about Snowden that bother me though. … After being around the block more than once I must warn you about Edward Snowden. I do believe he is a spokesman for the NSA and others. After years of folks like myself telling you what the NSA was/is doing, they now want you to know it is the truth. They want you to know that in fact, Big Brother has been/is watching. It’s their way of making/keeping people compliant with what they’re doing and will do in the future in 1984.

via wired.com – The NSA Is Building The Country’s Biggest Spy Center (Watch What You Say)

Under construction by contractors with top-secret clearances, the blandly named Utah Data Center is being built for the National Security Agency. A project of immense secrecy, it is the final piece in a complex puzzle assembled over the past decade. Its purpose: to intercept, decipher, analyze, and store vast swaths of the world’s communications as they zap down from satellites and zip through the underground and undersea cables of international, foreign, and domestic networks. The heavily fortified $2 billion center should be up and running in September 2013. Flowing through its servers and routers and stored in near-bottomless databases will be all forms of communication, including the complete contents of private emails, cell phone calls, and Google searches, as well as all sorts of personal data trails—parking receipts, travel itineraries, bookstore purchases, and other digital “pocket litter.” It is, in some measure, the realization of the “total information awareness” program created during the first term of the Bush administration—an effort that was killed by Congress in 2003 after it caused an outcry over its potential for invading Americans’ privacy.

The NSA has become the largest, most covert, and potentially most intrusive intelligence agency ever.

But “this is more than just a data center,” says one senior intelligence official who until recently was involved with the program. The mammoth Bluffdale center will have another important and far more secret role that until now has gone unrevealed. It is also critical, he says, for breaking codes. And code-breaking is crucial, because much of the data that the center will handle—financial information, stock transactions, business deals, foreign military and diplomatic secrets, legal documents, confidential personal communications—will be heavily encrypted. According to another top official also involved with the program, the NSA made an enormous breakthrough several years ago in its ability to cryptanalyze, or break, unfathomably complex encryption systems employed by not only governments around the world but also many average computer users in the US. The upshot, according to this official: “Everybody’s a target; everybody with communication is a target.”

The data stored in Bluffdale will naturally go far beyond the world’s billions of public web pages. The NSA is more interested in the so-called invisible web, also known as the deep web or deepnet—data beyond the reach of the public. This includes password-protected data, US and foreign government communications, and noncommercial file-sharing between trusted peers. “The deep web contains government reports, databases, and other sources of information of high value to DOD and the intelligence community,” according to a 2010 Defense Science Board report. “Alternative tools are needed to find and index data in the deep web … Stealing the classified secrets of a potential adversary is where the [intelligence] community is most comfortable.” With its new Utah Data Center, the NSA will at last have the technical capability to store, and rummage through, all those stolen secrets. The question, of course, is how the agency defines who is, and who is not, “a potential adversary.”

For the first time, a former NSA official has gone on the record to describe the program, codenamed Stellar Wind, in detail. William Binney was a senior NSA crypto-mathematician largely responsible for automating the agency’s worldwide eavesdropping network. A tall man with strands of black hair across the front of his scalp and dark, determined eyes behind thick-rimmed glasses, the 68-year-old spent nearly four decades breaking codes and finding new ways to channel billions of private phone calls and email messages from around the world into the NSA’s bulging databases. As chief and one of the two cofounders of the agency’s Signals Intelligence Automation Research Center, Binney and his team designed much of the infrastructure that’s still likely used to intercept international and foreign communications.

According to Binney—who has maintained close contact with agency employees until a few years ago—the taps in the secret rooms dotting the country are actually powered by highly sophisticated software programs that conduct “deep packet inspection,” examining Internet traffic as it passes through the 10-gigabit-per-second cables at the speed of light.

The software, created by a company called Narus that’s now part of Boeing, is controlled remotely from NSA headquarters at Fort Meade in Maryland and searches US sources for target addresses, locations, countries, and phone numbers, as well as watch-listed names, keywords, and phrases in email. Any communication that arouses suspicion, especially those to or from the million or so people on agency watch lists, are automatically copied or recorded and then transmitted to the NSA.

The scope of surveillance expands from there, Binney says. Once a name is entered into the Narus database, all phone calls and other communications to and from that person are automatically routed to the NSA’s recorders. “Anybody you want, route to a recorder,” Binney says. “If your number’s in there? Routed and gets recorded.” He adds, “The Narus device allows you to take it all.” And when Bluffdale is completed, whatever is collected will be routed there for storage and analysis.

Sitting in a restaurant not far from NSA headquarters, the place where he spent nearly 40 years of his life, Binney held his thumb and forefinger close together. “We are, like, that far from a turnkey totalitarian state,” he says.

NSA Whistleblower: Everyone in US under virtual surveillance..

total information awareness-IAO-DARPA
..all info stored, no matter the post

I had my first real taste of being tracked, surveilled, what ever you want to call it back in I think it was 2004. I was pinging around and found myself hopping through some very strange nodes. I did not like what I saw and got the freak outta there. I knew in my mind it was too late as my hardware firewall began to sing with attempted access. I looked through the logs of my travels through the inter and outerwebs and of those of my adversary trying to gain entrance. You guessed it, I hit a honeypot run by the NSA. I immediately fired up my WYSIWYG program. No, not a ‘What You See Is What You Get’ .. but a ‘What You Send Is What You Get’ and let it run for days until I felt comfortable enough to resume my internet travels. I’m still here, so I assume they realized I was no threat then or now. Anyway .. I hope you enjoy this video below and understand the only way to not be surveilled in this day and age one must completely go off grid.

RT talks to William Binney, whistleblower and former NSA crypto-mathematician who served in the agency for decades. Virtual privacy in US, Petraeus affair and whistleblowers’ odds in fight against the authorities are among key topics of this exclusive interview.

Executive Order 13526- Classified National Security Information http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/executive-order-classified-national-security-information

I think it’s time for me to weed my way through my database and pull out some old info on this subject matter and others for later posting. After all, what may be old Rancid News to myself might just be fresh news for many newcomers.

#DEBKAfile HACKED by #Anonymous #OpIsrael

This is funny. Posted on DEBKAfile today…

Greetings Citizens of the world,

This is Anonymous.

DEBKA.com is an Israeli-Based News-Agency, which has tied relations with Israeli Intelligence Agency (MOSSAD) and Military sources, “Tongue of MOSSAD”. DEBKA first started around 2000 in purpose of polluting media with Zionist-Oriented news and rumors.

DEBKA also analyzes on how people react to news and information offered by the agency in their state of art laboratory. Using these methods the agency has got the ability to release news and rumors in subjects which have most impact in the eyes of readers and political figures.

We have managed to hack their systems and acquire highly sensitive information, including employees and authors personal information, labs details and of course their subscribers.

For now, we only release portion of what we have got which includes subscribers emails and passwords (Most of them are retired MOSSAD agents!!!). At the end we have a message for them:
